Advo has a number of traditions. The Monday Morning Coffee email has its roots in the Pandemic when communication shifts tried to increase inclusivity. One immediate change when lockdowns occurred was a beginning and end of week staff email from the Director Team. This tradition remained, but has evolved. The last couple of years this has been to take classic artwork and reimagine to think what the painting would look like if inspiration came first thing on a Monday morning before having a Coffee. The Monday emails include messages to start the week the ‘right way’, to pause, relax, chat to colleagues and when ready start the week in the right frame of mind. Once enough ‘Coffee & Art’ pictures have been collected these are turned into collages and displayed in breakout areas.
